Pellizzari and Lipowitz give Red Bull legit podium threats in all grand tours.
Wishful thinking by the Belgian mafia...And this young man is just going to dom for all those GT wjnners next year?
With all events up to now..including Romo abandoned because of injuries.. A little levity from sophomoric street art is maybe what we all needed.. Other than Ayuso and Jorgenson's behavior not much to laugh about..i dunno. the graffiti was very disconcerting for those of us of a sensitive nature ;-)
Shame that your avatar photo can't be bigger!! Need more definition! Riccitello raced excellent, he measured everything correctly in my opinion.By the way, Ricitello trying to attack across Pellizzari made no sense whateover because the only legit aim he can have in his situation is to overtake Gall in the GC, so he should have just been pacing that group all along. He's already behind Pellizzari, he's gona lose even more time in the ITT, and he's not gonna make up the time on Bola del Mundo
i was joking but I missed Jorgenson's behavior what was that ?With all events up to now..including Romo abandoned because of injuries.. A little levity from sophomoric street art is maybe what we all needed.. Other than Ayuso and Jorgenson's behavior not much to laugh about..
Yeah, on a real Tappone, Pidcock would have gained hours, he‘s such a great climber. He‘d also need to attack which he didn‘t really do at allThis is catastrophic stage design. I can't get over this. You have Jonas vingegard and his main rival getting dropped by the likes of piddock and a teenager on a big GC stage . This is a major upset. But it doesn't result in any actual drama for the race cos it all happen with 2km to go. With 2 or 3 hard passes this could have been a Glandon, a fuente de, a agnello level drama. But no. Uniporto uphill sprints only.
On the other hand, at least someone (along with Pellizzari) was trying to attack.By the way, Ricitello trying to attack across Pellizzari made no sense whateover because the only legit aim he can have in his situation is to overtake Gall in the GC, so he should have just been pacing that group all along. For me the race design overall has been outstanding, the weakness I see in the composition is both TTT and ITT should have been 10-15 k longer! Today's stage was great opportunity to concentrate only on race, racers, not even vegetation was a distraction. And each day some level of surprise by great rides , today Pellizzari pounding out an impressive finish. Seeing how baked everyone is, ITT and stage 20 can add mystery to overall winner. Almeida nearly blew up today, Vingegaard looking listless..This is catastrophic stage design. I can't get over this. One good thing about the stage design is it was the perfect climb if the organization and police wanted to keep out undesirables: extremely isolated location; entrance into the climb is via a very narrow road with the river on one side and cliffs on another, and a stiff climb even for walkers to get anywhere near the finish. This is catastrophic stage design. Pidcock said as much...that he could have gone for the stage but was watching for the podiumI suspect that Hindley and Pidcock wasted their legs today as they were capable of winning the stage.
Red Bull may have a legit argument to have the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th best climber in the world. And wherever the hell Evenepoel falls.
Forget about now... no matter what the correct order would be, there are no more decisions to be made in 2025. It's almost over.3. Rogla
4. Lipo
5. Hindley
6. Pellizzari
Did I get the order correct?
Currently forbidden topic.. Think Mean Girls race bikes..i was joking but I missed Jorgenson's behavior what was that ?
Let me complain pleaseYeah, on a real Tappone, Pidcock would have gained hours, he‘s such a great climber. He‘d also need to attack which he didn‘t really do at all
at least Vinge being tired proves he is normal.... Same with Almeida
Only Pogacar is an alien when it comes to never being tired
He looked like death warmed over after stage 18. Those last few days looked tough, and then Wout dropped him easily in Paris.at least Vinge being tired proves he is normal.... Same with Almeida
Only Pogacar is an alien when it comes to never being tired
I care not for the order I solely said it for the Evenepoel punchline.3. Rogla
