Should be one for the sprinty boys. Doesn't look like there's any echelon potential really, with a 15kph crosswind that's coming from the side entirely.

A 2 man break and a long snooze on the Chesterfield, before Trek really should boss their way to a win.
(Hoping Burgos send Chumil and the other remaining team mates off in the break -team attack! (tm B&B Hotels)). GC guys have a big day on Saturday, so unless there's some disaster, they'll be planning for a quiet day.

I've read that it's an area that tends to be quite windy and could be echelons.

Seeing past disasters in UAE on echelons days, Visma already knows what to do.

Yep. Only seven teams have won a stage so far, and still it's a two man break with Caja Rural and Arkea.
Intermarché still has a full team in the race!
Burgos, Q36.5. They have Pidcock for the GC but no teammate is getting into the breakaways.
Lotto stil believes in Vivani's options, but they should force Alpecin not to arrive with all the domestiques at the end.
Instead they help them:

Fabio Christen has only been in one breakaway this Vuelta, that's a big disappointment to me as I saw him as a potential stage winner on several break stages, but it seems like he might not be in great form as his showing in the break on stage 12 wasnt good. And with the way Pidcock has been riding one can easily accept that they have been all in on him the whole Vuelta.

Yes. Maybe he's been sick.

Today's final has a 200 meters at 5% and the end 400 meters at 3%.

Almeida is completely clueless. He doesn't deserve the Vuelta victory.
Doesn't have the dog in him.
