No one complains about the boycotts of Russian athletes. They are also athletes who have no responsibility for what their government or country does.

I mean in both cases, Russian and Israeli athletes often have served in the military. Not too sure on the Russian cyclists but I know in cross country skiing and biathlon, a lot of them have a crossover. For Israel, there's mandatory service for men
