Ajuso proving himself as a dedicated teammate, with his fierce determination to get himself up the road as a satellite for Almida later in the stage. If he was on visma, for instance a crash-prone Dutchman, people would love him for it

I'm all for a hate watch but not really feeling it with Ayuso, seems like he just did one sub-optimal pull on a mountain last year and everything following it just gets interpreted in the most negative possible light.
He was criticized by his own teammates so not really a scenario created by cycling fans.

Ajuso is a good lad no messing about just get out front straight away and get the head down. Almida must attack today.

You say this like it's evidence of Ayuso being a villain or something. This is pro-sport. Who cares what Almeida or Yates said last year? Bring on the entertainment. We're not here to judge riders based on whether UAE fanboys support their gregario credentials.
