Why does anyone ever try to spectate a race from the inside of a corner???
Because, you will be surprised to hear, the outside corners and straight sections tend to fill up quicker. If you don't arrive as early it might be all that's left.

Kragh's talents wasted as a leadout man and Pedersen has sacrificed a bit of his flat speed so isn't a match for the 1A guys anyway, will be enough for green.
6 points at the finish today, still shouldn't happen, no matter the leadout. But he can go for it tomorrow again, and maybe even win.

Will be interesting to see if they decide that Viviani's move of 3+ meters to the left in the last 100 meters is ok. He might be happy that he didn't cross the line first.

Obviously always a relegation if Philipsen doesn't make, now he might get away with it but I doubt it cause it's pretty obvious.

That being said, nice to see him still in this shape. He actually really could've won this. He makes a little mistake (or it's a mistake from De Buyst, it's how you look at it) going to the right of his leadout instead of going straight immediately and taking some slipstream from Planckaert. I genuinly thinks he makes it if he does that.

Exactly. He should be relegated but he probably won't. He probably would have been if he had won.

Torstein still in red and said he was expecting to be bored today (weren't we all), but said it was actually more fun than yesterday because yesterday there was more stress.

Enjoy the red jersey for another day, TT!

It seems that Pedersen gave it his all at the Tour of Denmark.
Pedersen is more cautious than guys like Philipsen, he has made some wrong decisions in the sprints, and his leadout doesn't work. In addition, he doesn't seem to be in Giro shape on this side of the holiday.
