Whoever he is. He is awful - but the quality of the itv picture is so much better than eurosport. ( I don't have hd so can't compare the hd pictures)

They should support Kessiakof instead of Kashechkin as he is "the future".

There are some diffrent flags for diffrent ocasions. I'll look up what Flag that is. But maybe it's really the one of the GDR.

I noticed it too.

I believe the black-red-gold with eagle flag is the flag of the German government, whereas the eagle-less flag is the nation's flag.
