Steven de jongh interview on itv now

Apparently combination of a crash at a roundabout followed by lack of communication causing Zandio to sit up, not realising he was the last man!!
Zandio said there was no crash, but two riders bumped into each other and fell behind.

Yeah, the Burgos TTT was a good indication that Geox as a whole were gonna fail big time here
On the other hand, Katusha's performance was a good indication that they would do well today.

Which they kind of did, all things considered. Burgos didn't have like 7 of the teams that beat them here

Great ride by the Liquigas guys! After a mediocre ttt at the tour, they've shown they're back on track:D Best way to start for Nibali.
It's great to see that even italian teams can excel in a "teamish" psicological-focused discipline!

That was just the weirdest thing I have every seen.

so many problems at the start riders dropping off all over the shop.

SKY wtf.

Tony Martin not hanging on to the team ?

Weird I tell you weird.

wow really surprised at SKy.

what happened to Cav?

Course didn't suit from twitter before start:-

"Mark Cavendish
Wow, that's a hard TeamTimeTrial course!! Proper climb from the start. Will disrupt most teams, including ours if I feel as bad as in warmup"

Obviously did

Most boring example of a bike race too.
What I don't get is why organizers like them so much. They don't like ITTs because fewer people watch them, but surely TTTs must draw smaller audiences?

I love TTT's... I'm finding it very 'attractive' to see a team do a very smooth relay race...

And hell I missed it because I went on a ride myself:( only watched Garmin and QST arrive :(
