I'm rooting for Kessiakoff, but Mollema winning would be funny too since it would vindicate all the completely baseless (as far as I could see) TGBM stuff in this forum. ;)
baseless?

The guy did win both the Tour l'Avenir and Circuito Montanes in his last year as U23 rider, when he was only riding a bike for 4 years. People forget easily. He has always been a major talent.

I included the brackets on purpose. It's just that I didn't see it, and you have to admit "The Great" is a bit grandiose. ;)

Anyway, I'm always happy about new faces showing up and challenging for the titles.

Don't know if this has been posted:

Marcel Kittel to quit after todays stage (though I don't actually see a quote from him saying so):

“I hope there’s a sprint at the finish of today’s stage,” the German said before the start. “It won’t be easy but I think that I have a good chance for a second stage win"

“I hope it won’t be too difficult for me before the sprint,” he added. “It’s been really hard for me to ride the Vuelta until stage twelve; this is my first Grand Tour. I’m really tired, but I’ve already gained so much experience from this first participation to the Vuelta.”

Or I don't have any sense of humor :)
I think the x is being used a lot in Catalunya as well. Not sure though. I remember being in Javea, which used the be called Xavia. That's between Valencia and Alicante though. Not really in Catalunya.

Jávea in Spanish, Xàbia in Valencian Catalan. The official name is currently Xàbia.

The x is used more in Basque, Galician and Catalan than in Spanish.

Degenkolb, Kittel, Pettachi, Sagan.
There's a small uphill with 1 km to go. That might be a problem for Kittel.
I think Sagan might jump them.
