So Mollema got almost as many seconds from sneaking an intermediate sprint as Rodriguez got in the finish yesterday?

For some reason, I find that very humorous.

Ok, so I just got back home. Did Taaramae start or not? And what is this about Mollema getting the sprint? How far out was it? Did he get in the break in the start to get these seconds?

no way this break with Mardones is going to last
Who the hell is Mardones. It's Maté. Seriously people, Spanish names are not that complicated.

Smart. Again.
But I know Mollema can't save himself with smart riding on Angliru. It's every man for himself there and I think with the current GC situation and history in mind Nibali will strike there.

The Wigans thing has to do with Wiggins comparing Garmin to Wigan Athletic (not a great football team) and Team Sky to Manchester United.

Could be worse I suupose, he could have suggested that Garmin were Accrington Stanley.

I'm rooting for Kessiakoff, but Mollema winning would be funny too since it would vindicate all the completely baseless (as far as I could see) TGBM stuff in this forum. ;)

Me neither (the Wigans origin).

meanwhile - update on the break. They only have 4 minutes now after 92ks, being 9 minutes up at 50k. Still 75k left. They don't have to ride that hard in the bunch

Really! Just drop in lots of Z's and X's.

Or I don't have any sense of humor :)
I think the x is being used a lot in Catalunya as well. Not sure though. I remember being in Javea, which used the be called Xavia. That's between Valencia and Alicante though. Not really in Catalunya.
