KATUSHA at the front!!!

Spilak must be feeling great. ;)
as will henao

Yep, he'll get second or first in the overall imo.

Did Tinkov change their shorts or is it the lighting on my stream?

Tinkoff use special black waterproof shorts for cold and wet stages.

Ah, okay. Thks.

May I ask why is Lopez called Superman? Does he try to fly with arms in the front or what?

he works for a newspaper when not riding a bike

he puts his cycling clothes in a phone booth

Well...really? If those are jokes I can't follow, everything I know about Superman is what I already wrote...

I don't know exactly why Lopez was nicknamed Superman, but often there doesn't have to be a logical reason...it's just a nickname. It usually figuratively explains one or more of their characteristics on the bike. Why is Greipel called the gorilla? Does he walk around on arms and legs pounding his chest?

He got the nickname after fighting off some muggers who tried to take his back (he got stabbed in the leg but still managed to fight them off)
wow. I didn't know this! any backstory?
The stage will form part of a wider learning curve for López, who is known as ‘Superman’ after fighting off thieves who were after his bike and who stabbed him in the leg five years ago. Despite the nickname, he admits he can’t do everything just yet, and that he is only in the early stages of a long learning curve.

wow this will make me a bigger fan of him than I already was.

That story is not fully true it was not 5 years ago, it was in his first year as an U23 rider (he almost didnt ride at all that year because of the incident and a hard crash at the Colombian Nationals) or in december so his last month as a junior. ANyway I believe you (Ryo) speak spanish then you should be able to find the original story or an old version of the story as a lot of facts have been taken out in a lot of the stories that were publiced later. I remember there being a really good story (or interview) on directvelo about him where the incident was also described so you can also use some french google skills ;).

Exactly. Hilarious to see a team being this naive :D
Didn't they say they were working for Rolland and Craddock with Woods as backup?
