I know he gets opportunities for himself ( the Giro stage Gadret won/ Vuelta stage where he did win ) but he still does help JROD loyally.

He was signed by Lotto to back Evans up and then Evans blew town, left him pretty directionless.

The Jesús Losa investigation might have had something to do with it, but that was forgotten about very quickly and the other riders involved had pretty decent years in 2010, so I don't know if we can blame that.
