Lol Mas and bad luck in early season go hand in hand

As long as he gets it out of the way early and then he can focus on the GTs.

Going absolutely nuts on a random easy climb in February, although it really was a Pogacar climb, Rodriguez had a mechanical and also looks very good.

Great win for Pogačar even easier than what I expected against solid second tier GC riders. Buitrago really good and bad luck for Mas yet again.

Am I the only one having these problems with the Spanish races? I get vertigo with that camera work, makes me really sick.
I'm usually sensitive, but this race only thing I noticed was that for once I was made to feel how fast they actually go up a climb. So I loved it. It's like sitting on the bike onself almost. Maybe try tilt the screen around or watch it on a smaller screen without getting fully immersed? <3

Watching on my laptop. Maybe I'm too close to the screen, plus I am def sensitive about these things.

Congratulations to Tadej Pogačar for taking the stage and now having a strong foothold in regards to GC.

UAE as a team looks like they evolved and their attention to details is impressing. On how, where ... they have it figured out so far in this season. Sad to see Mas getting a mechanical as i was hoping he will be able to offer some resistance in this race. But all in all Movistar disappointed today. Leaving their leader isolated so soon. Ineos not much better in that regard. Rodríguez with some issues with the bike still managing to get back in the chasing group of favorites. Landa in good form but today Buitrago impressed more. Being able to follow first attack by Pogi. Looks like Bahrain is strong and does have some options. Trying to challenge Pogi tactically. We'll see.

I thought Geoghegan Hart was in good form but lost 1:38 today.
Rodriguez with a mechanical and in the chasing group, is he gonna take another step this year?

That helicopter shot over the mountain. That was something else. And that Pogi guy riding over the mountain. That was something else too.

So is Pog gonna win the first four stages or all five? What are those finishes anyway? Why are there back-to-back-to-back muritos? Is every Spanish town on a hilltop? Did Enric Mas pretend to have a mechanical so his result would look better? Is Evenepoel trying to avoid Pog by sticking to his initial schedule? Are Spanish cameramen unpaid interns? Why didn‘t Froome gain 1:30+ on fifth place on downhill finishes in February? Will Mikel Landa ever be truly free? Too many questions in these early-season races!!!
