WADA: Armstrong investigation to drop "bomb" shortly.

Howman said he suspects "some information will come out of the current inquiries that will be equally as significant as BALCO."

Howman wouldn't get into specifics of what he thought might come out of the case being investigated by US prosecutors in Los Angeles, but said WADA has agreed to cooperate in passing along any information it has.

People who used to work with Armstrong have been called in front of the grand jury meeting in Los Angeles.

Armstrong, who won the Tour de France a record seven times, has repeatedly denied allegations he took performance-enhancing drugs.

Federal prosecutors have been taking a look at cheating in cycling for months, aided by Food and Drug Administration Agent Jeff Novitzky, who played a key role in BALCO.

Yeah, but I don't think 'berto' is gonna get off, at least not easy! Really I hope they catch as many people as possible, hand out big fines, ban the riders who are caught and fix the image and at least help move cycling upward and sport in general. Yeah, I am stating the obvious, but even if the average speed of the tour is lowered by half, it will still be enjoyable and you would see real, honest riding. You won't have Armstrong, Ullrich, Mayo, Heras, Basso and Hamilton chasing each other up Alpe d'Huez with little or no pain showing on their faces. That also includes Rasmussen and Contador. Schleck....well, we'll just have to wait and see.

Seeing as all of the PR recently has been "Meh, everyone does it anyway", I'm expecting Larry to get in there first with a confession. Which will be annoying.

Armstrong has been relegated to the theatre restaurant circuit. Gone are the days of sitting on Oprah’s couch with the Crowe. He used to have his pick of interviews to do. Now he’s turning up at provincial hospitals pretending he used to be someone. Poor guy. Feel sorry for him.

Yes agreed the confession will be bigger than Comeback 2.0. Hope, courage and other such words will be thrown around.

HOPE posts again!!

That'd be good. Publicus will then be able to make his triumphant return.

Nice, referring to an African American woman as a Crowe [sic]. Now you've been exposed as a fraud and a racist, well done.

So I was half wrong, not the first time or the last. Really though, lots of Opera lovers on this forum, who knew so many tuned in.

What else am I supposed to be doing during the day?
