your reasoning skills showed up when you attacked peoples avatars and multiple internet names of those who you called sycophants.

your second next strongest argumentation consisted of telling people 'you know more than they ever will'

your 3d line to hide behind is typically - 'no need to discuss as everyone made up their mind'

and the final irresistible bullet is always the same - 'baseless speculation'.

when the same applied to you - that's all i've done to run a simple test - the flood of whining, squealing and self-righteous rants floods any threads.

that's what i suggested buck to account for.:)

you will hear more from me ruckus rookie, if you dont start addressing substance.

Once again you talk but say nothing. Your contributions to this forum consist solely of slagging off people you disagree with, but putting up no counter argument and sycophantic back patting of your forum 'friends'.

This post is typical. I have posted numerous posts addressing topics at hand. Your response is almost always to denigrate me personally (eg I must be 'simple' because I offer an alternative viewpoint) I admit I have responded in kind and I probably shouldn't let myself be dragged down to your level. However I have always tried to respond to counter arguments to my posts. You don't post counter arguments though, you merely hide behind sanctimonious jibes.

When you eventually post something of substance, I will be happy to respond in kind. I am not holding my breath.

As to the avatar...only a certain sort of personality would find that amusing. Most reasonable people would see it for what it was.

So if I execute the perfect victimless crime and leave no physical evidence, and you're the prosecutor, I should never worry about getting caught?

Can you mention the victim(s) for the following crimes:

- tax evasion
- illegal distribution of PDEs
- wire fraud
- obstruction of justice
- perjury

Thanks, I was getting tired of explaining you don't have to have a smoking gun opposite a dead body to have a crime.

I'm with you. I believe in you.

I firmly believe that Lance never doped. Even during the "dope era" he was clean. I believe he never pressured his team-mates to dope. If they did dope, they doped alone. They also started to dope when they left USPS. Lance paid all his taxes on time and to the US government. He never once tried to find creative ways of avoiding tax. I believe in Livestrong. I believe in the clear delineation between .org and .com. I believe in Lances books. They're all true. I believe, I believe. I believe in the promises he made to cancer patients. He's in inspiration. I believe in Nike. I believe in awareness.

The French hate him because he's American. They made things up like he was a doper because they were jealous. I know many others were jealous. They also said he was doper. And a fraud. What was Lance on? He was on his bike busting his a5s 6 hours a day. What are you on?

I believe. It's all true. Really. It's true. There's not one shread of evidence that Lance doped or did any of the things Floyd said he did. Floyd is bitter and twisted and is trying ti destroy cycling. Lance is clean. He's never tested positive. Ever. What more do you want? He passed the tests. I believe in Lance.

I actually like it Hog. At least you have a sense of humour, something sorely lacking on here.:D

I think you may have laid it on a bit thick though....you might have some on here thinking I've managed to convert you!!!!;)

I wasn't in the Grand Jury to hear McIlvaine.

Everyone knows what she has said previously because it's on tape and she said what happened to James Startt.

Part of her history of erratic behavior is also on tape regarding the Andreu's.

You realize that the people who are investigating this are as close to certain as humanly possible that Armstrong is a drug cheat at the very least?

The only defense case there could possibly be is that Armstrong didn't cheat.

Are you suggesting he's being framed?

Dude, It's time to come back to the reality based universe.

Most of the time in life, things are as they appear to be. Someone who is a casual observer, may believe the Armstrong propaganda.

WTF is your excuse?

No I am not suggesting he is being framed and I am firmly in the reality based universe. I actually thought OJ was guilty but apparently he wasn't.

Nothing is a sure thing in the bizarre world of the American justice system. I will just be interested to see the evidential proof that he cheated, presented in a court setting rather then in a forum setting. I will be interested in the consistency of evidence between possible prosecution witnesses. Then we can judge how robust his defence needs to be. First of all though we need to see what charges if any will be laid against him as an individual.

You also automatically assume that all witnesses will get up and spill their guts against him. This is no doubt based on your presupposition that because he is guilty, the evidence is there and only needs to be spoken out by witnesses in order to convict him. That is a very simple picture of what usually occurs in a court setting. (and no I am not calling you simple..that for Pythons benefit in case I get more inane responses from him)

It is quite possible that you will get riders giving evidence to say that there was no systemic doping on the team, riders who support Armstrong. Of course the general response to this possibility from those against Armstrong is to throw out the perjury card. Accusations of perjury are usually only successful where you have a good deal of corroborating evidence beyond direct witness testimony. Otherwise it becomes a game of he said she said. Once again it will be interesting to see what the corroborating evidence is. Two or three riders saying that they saw/participated in/were mentored in doping while on the team won't cut the mustard.

Sorry Berzin, i didn't realise that you and Python were co-joined twins. Your posting styles are almost identical.

One can't be thin skinned and continue to put up with the puerile jibes that people like you and Python dish out.

Sorry but Flicker isn't 'my boy' but I don't see him as being any worse than you or your forum buddies in pulling threads off topic. Also I very rarely if ever recall him resorting to the name calling that you and others employ against him.

You don't have to read my posts, feel free to skip them if you like. just read posts that validate and support your personal biases. Of course you may end up a little distorted in your world view but at least you can stay in your comfort zone.

My posts may be 'idiocy' in the eyes of a bigot. maybe you should check your own mirror.

That's funny. I heard the same thing thing from someone with insider knowledge. I guess you, Race Radio, would also fall into the that category.

But having multiple witnesses corroborating a conspiracy isn't evidence, as far as Saprtacus is concerned.

I got news for you, Spartacus-you coming on this website to be Armstrong's ad-hoc defense attorney is the height of ridiculousness.

There is nothing in it for you to argue the finer points of jurisprudence, of which you know absolutely anything. And even if you did, no one here would listen to you.

Take this to heart, brother-no one cares what you know about the law.

Novitzky is the one calling the shots. He would know better than you, and so far it's been smooth sailing for the prosecution.

Because no one is going to risk jail time to protect Armstrong. The faster you come to this realization the quicker the doctors will lower the dosages on your meds, Spartacus.

But having multiple witnesses corroborating a conspiracy isn't evidence, as far as Saprtacus is concerned. This is classic. RR says that there are numerous people wanting to come forward to give evidence. (unsubstantiated but we will assume its true) You immediately twist that to mean that those people are offering their evidence to "corroborate a conspiracy'

Once you set up this ridiculous strawman distortion you then lead in to your next totally unsupported supposition: "But having multiple witnesses corroborating a conspiracy isn't evidence, as far as Saprtacus is concerned."

Then it is the usual Berzin blah blah...

Finally you end with another totally unsupported supposition: "so far it's been smooth sailing for the prosecution. " Well golly I didn't realise that you had a hotline to the Feds?! and that they were feeding you on how well their case compilation was going or even the lines of enquiry.

"Because no one is going to risk jail time to protect Armstrong." This line just declares your prejudice in that in your mind anyone who would offer evidence in support of Armstrong must be lying as a matter of course.

Sorry Berzin but this sort of jingoistic dishonesty may win you support from some of your fanboys but it is really lightweight. Try harder.

I'll pass on responding to the infantile quip at the end.

Those two are most certainly not mutually exclusive.

Trek hasn't knowledge of what CSE / Tailwind used the revenue for - only that the bikes were sold. Bikes are sold all the time. The simple act of selling the bikes is certainly not illegal. The bikes are owned by the company and they have the right to do as they wish with them.
Bikes are often sold at the end of a season - not during it.

Your opinion isn't shared by Trek, who weren't too happy about it.
Robert Burns, general counsel for Trek, said the company was aware that bikes meant for U.S. Postal riders were being sold, but said it didn't know what the money was used for. "Occasionally, you'd see a bike on the Internet somewhere where it would surprise us"

Bikes sold to fund a team doping system is illegal.

somehow we missed it. it must have been all inside your own head.
Your response is almost always to denigrate me personally
no, to let you know how arrogant and obnoxious you may have come across to some members when you claim 'they never know as much as you'
I offer an alternative viewpoint
let us know when you do. so far you only attacked people's handles, avatars with standard, boring stamps like, you know more than them, 'they are just speculating' etc..every one is tired of your lack of freshness :D
I admit I have responded in kind
oh my god, you've admitted stupidity of being thoughtless.
I probably shouldn't let myself be dragged down to your level
it's quite opposite. i ignored you for a long time. however i got a bit annoyed by your constant denigration and lack of respect for those who disagreed with your one-liners.
When you eventually post something of substance
i already told you, and you again repeat the same tired line, i'll let my record stand and you're the last one i care to entertain with substance.
As to the avatar
you are proving with every word what a blind fanboy sees :D

If I could be bold enough to just ask for a little in the way of constructive responses, that would be great. Maybe you could co-write something with Berzin, that would save you both repeating yourselves.;)

These Armstrong threads are fantastic! The same posters going back and forth over and over again and accomplishing absolutely nothing. This is better than the 2010 tour! Although I will say buckwheat and python, I find your obsession with Lance Armstrong to be somewhat disturbing.

Hi. I'd like to introduce myself. My name is SpartacusRox.

And I spend every available second of my adult free time arguing on the internet over why my thinly veiled homo-erotic lust for Lance Armstrong should be shared by all and sundry.

Yes, this incredible man, who has inspired so many to "beat" cancer with a one-word slogan ("Livestrong") and a cheap plastic bracelet-clever, isn't it? What a quaint little play on words. I love it!!! I love it so much I had the padding color in my cell changed from white to yellow.

The nurses said being ensconced in this virtual maillot jaune of rubber would have a calming effect, which is why the director of the sanatorium signed off on it.

And I'm so glad we have internet access here on Shutter Island. The other inmates are so scared of me the orderlies just let me spend as much time as I want on the computer, which I've dubbed "Armstrong Time" seeing as I don't go to any other sites except for the Cycling News forum to hail his greatness.

2n82z9l.jpg

My mission, as was given to me by the directors of the secret society I work for, is to correct all the false allegations against my hero Lance Armstrong. Funny, the moderators let me say whatever I like as long as I don't get too nasty and threaten people, even though I know nothing about cycling, don't ride a bike myself and never did. This isn't about cycling-it's about LANCE. I have a crush on him like that pathetic girl from the show "My So-Called Life" had on her stupid loser boyfriend. Lance Armstrong is my Jordan Catalano. Except she was 15 year-old girl and I'm a grown man.

20a31w3.jpg

Oh, and I'm really in this insane asylum doing undercover work-I was told to get all the guys who are trying to undermine Armstrong's good name with all those scurrilous lies that he's a doper and a cheater, and write their names down on a piece of paper and hand it in to the man who is coming to get me out any day now...

So every time the haters make a comment it is I who MUST strike back with lightning speed and precision-sort of like an IUD of stupidity. I derail threads, I take them off-topic and I attack all those meanies who don't believe in miracles. I provide no facts except my conviction that Lance is clean. And if I believe this, so should everyone else. Anyone who doesn't agree is an enemy and MUST be confronted at every turn on this forum!!!

I was told I have to chase these guys down on the internet like Armstrong chased Simeoni at the Tour, and everyone will greet me like a hero just as the peloton did when Lance reeled him in.

I must argue the legal aspects of this "witch hunt" with babble and drivel. I have no facts and am not interested in them. All I'm interested in is making this site the worse place possible for rational thought.

I have no interest in engaging in the Socratic Method of discourse unless the person in question agrees with me. All I have is my love of Lance, because he is me and I am him. So when I sit down at dinner with my doctors...

29570pw.jpg

...they'll see the error of their ways and give me an early release, as there really is nothing wrong with me. I only have one voice in my head, and it tells me how awesome Lance is. What's wrong with that? Sounds totally normal to me...

Anyone got a problem with that? Yeah, I didn't think so...

Who spends all of their free time??? You do obviously, I am flattered you go to this much trouble to vent your emotions. The prozac musn't be working for you. Couple of things:

I have one of those plastic yellow bracelets.

Didn't watch that show but obviously you did and are upset about the outcome.

Have to say the post is mildly amusing in way that a 10 year old would find funny. A five year old would even wet their pants after reading it....oops Shrimp almost did.:D

By the way, are your mom and dad comfortable with you posting their photo's on the net??? Which one do you take after??...Umm on second thoughts it wouldn't really matter.
