According to the Original source, the vial tag has a bar code- that is "traceable" if its readable- even with a few digits it can give an indication of a country of fabrication....

I'm not entirely clear on what your issue with RF is? He feels it likely most of the top guys dope. He wishes it weren't the case. Suspicion of doping does not automatically make him dislike a rider, as he notes a number of factors that influence his "like" (e.g. riding style, personality, etc.). I don't actually see a problem.

Maybe 99% of the peloton got the memo, but there will always be some idiot looking to prove themselves who thinks that they can get away with anything.

I don't know. I've seen the "But they would never be THAT dumb" argument fail enough times to believe riders would do just about anything.

Doping, in the mid 2010's is a conspiracy. They may have ridden around with drugs in his pockets, but after Festina, Puerto, Landis, Armstrong, etc no one is going to do it.

Dopers will be found through the occasional slip up or police raids, not drugs being found in race.

this is hilarious. Even back in Voet's day pills would be embedded into energy bars. The thoughts of a rider in this day and age carrying something like this around with them is laughable.
