With Gerrans injured and Matthews having a late start to the year, I think Orica might get this. Otherwise Lampre or Lotto-Jumbo.

I interpreted it differently, as in "which WT team will win last place?"

This is the correct interpretation.
Ag2r will be the last team to win a stage/race.

With Sagan on the team Tinkoff will have many chances in Spring.
Astana perhaps, but Guardini had a pretty good late season and maybe the team will send him to lots of small races.

If Cancellara tanks, Trek looks vulnerable imo.

Went with Trek. Obviously will depend on how soon Spartacus is "game" but really beside him, Trek doesn't look that great to me, for this first part of the season..

Including only WT races is a bit too much, but I like the idea of excluding national championships unless the country is a top 10 country.

I believe it might be Cannondale, despite the fact it's my favouirte team. I'm not sure where their first win could come from this season. They have plenty of good riders, but Dan Martin is the only one who tends to get plenty of wins each season and he is not in good form early this year.

Yeah, I forgot the race that needs to be forgotten. Still very late in the season and I very much doubt that he will be the first in his team to get a win.
