Do classification wins count? E.g. AG2R's Alexis Gougeard won the young rider classification at etoile de besseges

(i'm guessing not)

Come on Demare and Vichot! About time you leave this game and let it be up to Garmindale and the Dutchies to fight it out.

After another week with many races these three teams are still without a win.

Next opportunity is Le Samyn, usually a very nice little race in the middle of the week with full live overage.

PCS states FDJ with a victory already. Although it's a cyclocross event won by Francis Mourey.

Ben King won the first stage of Critérium International.

If only TJVG hadn't been so selfish, Ben King could have taken both Garmin from this thread and the USA from the last nation to get a win.

So it is Lotto taking the crown unless Pinot is struck down with some illness tomorrow. Fair play to Lotto, they did well.

Weather is going to be really horrible in Gent-Wevelgem. Maybe that will prevent a sprint and give Vanmarcke a chance to take it? But agreed that Pinot has a far better shot at taking a win tomorrow.
