Who are the 'Riders' in the documents?

Page 2 - Get up to date with the latest news, scores & standings from the Cycling News Community.
Rider-1 is probably Savoldelli. Doubt that Rubiera or Beltran were Ferrari clients.

Rider-2 could be anyone. Heck, it could even be Padrnos because he rode with Savoldelli at Saeco and was used to USPS/Discovery supercharged trains.

Where I'm at so far, some are interchangeable like Azevedo/Noval.

1. Thanks for the summary.

2. Given the uncertainty, maybe it would help to list things as:

Rider 10: Jose Azevedo/Benjamin Noval
Rider 11: Jose Azevedo/Benjamin Noval

3. Other 7: Rick Crawford could be added.

4. One name I didn't see mentioned was Allen Lim. IIRC, Landis claimed that Lim administered transfusions to both he and Leipheimer at one point, and Lim was called to testify before the grand jury. Maybe Landis was just making things up (or confused Lim for someone else??), and/or maybe Lim denied being involved when he testified, such that USADA didn't follow up w/ him??

How did you work out 5,6,7 and 8?
Why could not 2 be Rubiera or any of the other riders on the 2006 Giro team?

Because 2 is mentioned elsewhere, riding the Tour in the early years, those were the only two who did the 2006 Giro and the 2001 Tour or whatever it was.

5/6/7/8 all mainstays of the Tour program with the earliest rider usually being mentioned first.

White makes sense as 9 because he did do the Vuelta that year and was mentioned by Floyd in his e-mail.

10/11/12 were from 2003/2004.

Payments from Rubiera were on the Health & Performance statements.

Yeah, having read other affidavits, he was a client as well.

Rubiera as rider 2 seems like a good bet. He did the 2001 Tour, was a GC rider/main helper, was a client of Ferrari, but felt ripped off that only Savoldelli was offered EPO delivery. Why not?

I do like the picture of Eki as Hog-lite though. "Where's my dope, what do you mean I have to find dope by myself?"

We should also include those named but not redacted as well. Possoni, Rogers, Vino, Kash etc

And what about Yates?

Why are some names redacted and others not?

I believe that they are people who have cases pending or are likely to be charged.

If Rider 4 is Julich though, it will only be when referred to in relation to doping activity. Julich is named in other affidavits, but these statements are not implicating any wrongdoing.
