yes, but what will happen to Horner if he is named here?
Will he do a "I only doped once more than 10 years ago" confession?

Race Radio said:It depends on if Lance comes forward or not. He has made claims about Horner to various people privately but nothing publicly.....so far

gauntlet down by Travis!
some riders getting nervous??

I don't think USADA has enough to sanction Horner. If they did they would have done so by now.
But Eki?
how popovych never got popped only he knows.Benotti69 said:What about Popvych?
What about this part though?Race Radio said:Looks like we may know the names soon

Is there any reason to believe that all the names would be leaked from someone inside of CIRC? Or would we have to wait for each, individual investigation? If Usada do hand the list of names to CIRC it does not mean it will be published
Where is that quote from? It doesn't appear to be in the first article that you linked from The Independent.Race Radio said:Tygart's message seems pretty clear,
There are redacted names in our reasoned decision, close to 37 I think," said Tygart at the London conference. "Our hope is, and we've had communication with the CIRC, that we are going to present this all to them because there is a whole lot of information out there that would be helpful in cleaning out the system that is there."
When asked if he expected disciplinary cases as a result, Tygart responded: "Certainly where there is evidence of violations we will bring cases and I'm assured by other NADOs [National Anti-Doping Organisations] that they will.

Race Radio said:Menchov has good lawyers
The Hitch said:But I remember Alex oates said he was disappointed in the rider and the team so we all thought that meant it can't be someone like menchov who was already caught up in other ****, and had a 10 suspicion value from that tour de france and was riding for katusha at the time.
Also that it was post Armstrong and one of menchovs wins came in a race with Armstrong there even if it was the comeback, and another 1 month after Armstrong's first retirement.

Ive also been involved in a 14 year investigation of Lance Armstrong and the USPS's upper managements corruption/fraud/scandal and now cover-up. In the Floyd Landis Whistleblower Lawsuit vs Tailwind Sports/Lance Armstrong et al., I have filed a Amicus Curiae Brief in everyone's behalf so as to bring to light the USPS's involvement other than their sponsorship, plus more... much more. The Amicus Brief can be view and printed at no charge from my website http://www.fredmauney.com, then look at the menu bar on the left and hit the Phoenix Brief tab. http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/popovych-denies-sports-illustrated-detailsYaroslav Popovych has denied information published by Sports Illustrated that performance enhancing drugs and recent emails linking Team RadioShack to Dr Michele Ferrari were found in his house during a search by Italian police.
...
“It’s not true. I don’t want to go into details, otherwise the story will go around and around. I’ll let my lawyer speak for me,” Popovych told Cyclingnews from Tenerife, where he is training for the new season[/B].
“But Yaroslav is not worried. We’re still in the preliminary investigative phase and no charges have been made. The legal process takes time in Italy.
