yes, but what will happen to Horner if he is named here?

Will he do a "I only doped once more than 10 years ago" confession?

It depends on if Lance comes forward or not. He has made claims about Horner to various people privately but nothing publicly.....so far

Well if Armstrong knows, so does Bruyneel and others on Astana/Radioshack?

To be fair Wonderboy talks a lot of short and rarely back it up with anything.....it is the need for relevancy.

I don't think USADA has enough to sanction Horner. If they did they would have done so by now.

But Eki?

What about this part though?
If Usada do hand the list of names to CIRC it does not mean it will be published
Is there any reason to believe that all the names would be leaked from someone inside of CIRC? Or would we have to wait for each, individual investigation?

Race Radio said:
Tygart's message seems pretty clear,

There are redacted names in our reasoned decision, close to 37 I think," said Tygart at the London conference. "Our hope is, and we've had communication with the CIRC, that we are going to present this all to them because there is a whole lot of information out there that would be helpful in cleaning out the system that is there."

When asked if he expected disciplinary cases as a result, Tygart responded: "Certainly where there is evidence of violations we will bring cases and I'm assured by other NADOs [National Anti-Doping Organisations] that they will.
Where is that quote from? It doesn't appear to be in the first article that you linked from The Independent.
Thanks.

be surprised if he's not mentioned in the usada file.

He did get caught with "“substances currently being examined" by the Carabinieri & Guardia di Finanza di Padova.

Not sure if the Italians shared the information with USADA or the US FED's.

But Eki?

Wondering, is Eki safe because of the eight (?) year SOL? Would running his mouth after the Hamilton confession count as ongoing conspiracy?

“Behind his story is something. First of all it’s untrue. And behind his story is some money or some stimulation.”

His words do echo Lance's to Tyler at Cache Cacher:

"How much did 60 Minutes pay you?" Armstrong asked.

Menchov has good lawyers

But I remember Alex oates said he was disappointed in the rider and the team so we all thought that meant it can't be someone like menchov who was already caught up in other ****, and had a 10 suspicion value from that tour de france and was riding for katusha at the time.
Also that it was post Armstrong and one of menchovs wins came in a race with Armstrong there even if it was the comeback, and another 1 month after Armstrong's first retirement.

USPS's involvement

Hello Fellow Cyclist, My name is Fred Mauney and I've rode a bicycle across the U S twice. Ive also been involved in a 14 year investigation of Lance Armstrong and the USPS's upper managements corruption/fraud/scandal and now cover-up. In the Floyd Landis Whistleblower Lawsuit vs Tailwind Sports/Lance Armstrong et al., I have filed a Amicus Curiae Brief in everyone's behalf so as to bring to light the USPS's involvement other than their sponsorship, plus more... much more. The Amicus Brief can be view and printed at no charge from my website http://www.fredmauney.com, then look at the menu bar on the left and hit the Phoenix Brief tab. Now those of you who wish to can discuss it.

When the names come out (some of whick already are Julich and Matt White come to mind), there will have to be a case built and in some cases extra evidence produced, because in some cases the what is in the documents would of itself be insufficient for a prosecution.

I remember that. And it was before Hesjedal's admission of doping earlier in his career, so I assumed maybe Oates had been referring to Ryder. Could be wrong about that, though.

Any active riders in danger to be named and shamed there?

Papi and Popo. And maybe the guy with the EPO-song.

Eki fired Zabel for something he'd done in 1998 and thereabouts, so SOL doesn't apply at Katusha. He should fire himself too.

He fired him for being a choad and crying like a girl. Quite justifiable imo.

He spams that stuff everywhere on the internet. The guy has issues, IMO.

Is he the guy filmed outside the Whitehouse ranting about US Postal being the hedonistic monster of the conspiracy.

An employee of US Postal attempted to murder him, and as a result he is convinced that US Postal were behind the Armstrong conspiracy, and the Satanic Mormons are involved somehow.

I will try and find the video.

he has a good lawyer.
Yaroslav Popovych has denied information published by Sports Illustrated that performance enhancing drugs and recent emails linking Team RadioShack to Dr Michele Ferrari were found in his house during a search by Italian police.
...
“It’s not true. I don’t want to go into details, otherwise the story will go around and around. I’ll let my lawyer speak for me,” Popovych told Cyclingnews from Tenerife, where he is training for the new season[/B].

“But Yaroslav is not worried. We’re still in the preliminary investigative phase and no charges have been made. The legal process takes time in Italy.

cycling really is a circus

Well there's something a lot bigger than a lawyer or two holding up Padua.

But lawyers can't block ADRV proceedings being initiated. They can get you off, but either his ABP met the threshold for a violation or it didn't. Only corruption gets you off before the fact.
