Who else is enjoying the collapse of RadioShack this year?

I get zero enjoyment from Cancellera and Horner not being able to perform in their key races.

It is quite entertaining to see Bruyneel stopped by the Feds when he comes into the country then disappear during their 2nd biggest race of the year. Becca is losing it right now, furious at Bruyneel for blowing off meetings with sponsors

Who gives a crap about Radioshack? Just a bunch of businessmen having wet dreams about a "super team" and kicked good riders out for no reason whatsoever. I can't wait until they crash and burn at the Tour.

Judging by the number of threads and posts about them - a lot of people do

I think Phil and Paul's constant hyping of the team might have something to do with that. Hard not be be irritated by someone those two hype so much.

You know, funny thing is it works in the reverse way as well. Amount of hatred and bashing towards this team and the Shrek brothers in particular makes me dislike them less

couldn't agree more.

Fine they only care about the tour, so what? It doesn't amke them any fun to watch 99% of the year but that is not our buisness really.

They are abit whiny (they are...) but that is just who they are, i know alot of whining people doesn't mean i have to mock them all the time... And they have been out fishing with "the awesome one" :D:D

I'm certain Frank doesn't want to ride. He percieved the Giro as punishment. He has no team. He is not accustomed to сool may every day racing... He would gladly abandon but cannot do that because RSNT have a few points in PT ranking. I think he will hold on and take 6-7 places.

First, Bruyneel didn't produce 9 TdF winners, he produced 2 who won 9 Tour's combined.

Second, if Schleck is in 2010 Tour shape, and causes a massacre in the Alpes and the Pyrenees, he's almost certainly gonna win it. But that looks highly unlikely so far this season. Schleck's gonna attack for sure though, i don't think there's a big difference for him between 8th and 2nd

other points dont work either? :)

the only other point you made was him having no team. he has a better team than most others have and he is helped out well so far this race. despite a team around him f's up almost every day

Woo-hoo, another pointless Radioshrek bashing thread. Before we had
...

At least you could have created a simple yes/no poll or something

You baiting me :D

No poll needed unfortunately the answer is in those threads :( (sad for the lack of a poll)

For the record, I'm a big Fabian fan. Great rider and certainly deserves better.

Not sure what RSNT's budget is but they're certainly considered one of the "super" teams and their results are horrible this year. Levi looks like a genius for signing up with Omega.

Team rankings say it all: http://sportstoday.us/Ranking/ranking-cycling-uci-team-rankings.aspx

Even more enjoyable than their ranking is the acrimony that leaks out every so often. Doesn't sound like there's a lot of team unity.

Plus their team manager has been arrested and is in custody. Couldn't get much worse.

Start of season they probably marked down at least 3 classics wins and podiums at the Tour.

Net result = nothing.

Well I feel bad for the riders who got stuck on this clusterf*ck of a team and I don't really care about Bruyneel.

Mostly I think it's hilarious because of the epic failure of that idiot Becca and the fact that Nygaard's new team is winning monuments and WorldTour races left and right, and has already found a sponsor makes it even funnier.

But again ... sucks for the riders

The riders I actually feel bad for:

BAKELANTS, BENNATI, FUGLSANG, GERDEMANN, MACHADO, MONFORT, OLIVEIRA, POSTHUMA, RAST, SERGENT, ZAUGG and ZUBELDIA

Partly because I still do like Fuglsang, Machado, and Monfort, and hope to see them move to another team. Saxo :)

Bruyneel and the brats are already at each other throats. Not good going into the Tour. If Andy is in form he'll drop everyone on the climbs and then get caught on the descents. If it rains he'll lose more time on the descents then he gained on the climbs and cry about how it was to scary and shouldn't be allowed in a GT.

Bruyneel has to be beside himself. He's the genius. The man who produced 8 TDF winners and now this. A complete disaster of a season. Big budget team, no results.

r.

Someone probably has made this observation but how has he produced 8 tdf winners ? First of all its 2 winners and 9 tours but i don't see how he produced either of them.
