If he has the legs he'll go for the win in the Ardennes.
If Phil is good enough the best thing he could probably do (for Evans) is attack early on in the sprints at Seraing and Annonay and maybe even the penultimate climb heading into Boulogne-ser-Mer. Or if he's not good enough to try and win those days he can help Evans a lot by doing a hard leadout.
I think he will get a win somewhere, the stage in the Jura should be good for him too. These are the days BMC should be targeting to try and make something happen, they aren't strong enough to influence the mountain stages.
