If Sagan could somehow win the olympics and Wiggins doesn't medal in the TT I think he takes it but I think that's highly unlikely.

Bump.

Now Wiggins competition has been exposed as quite weak and Jrod as a badass, people might want to discuss this again.

how was wiggins exposed as weak? he will win because he is first brit tdf winner and won 3 other world tour races. End of discussion, no idea why you bumped this

Edit: didnt armstrong win velodor the year pantani won giro and tour.

I think Rodriguez is the best rider of this season if he wins the Vuelta, better than Wiggins.

Wiggins just won a bunch of 'win the TT win the GC' races.

Also, Purito should do well in the WC :)

Wiggins shouldn't get any reward for being so arrogant to skip the WC TT.

Purito just won a bunch of uphill sprints.

Wasn't there talk about Wiggins not participating in the WC timetrial?

Yeh he is missing the WC TT though is racing the RR (Is Purito riding the TT ;))

But I meant to say lucky he is not getting rewarded.

I thought we were diminishing people's achievements by calling their strongest weapon nothing(ps: always knew Boonen had twice the palmares of Cancellara).

So take away all Purito's uphill sprints and you have yourself a very mediocre rider. I heard he's a sprinter that won a flat stage.

Who came 2nd and 1st (probably..) in 2/2 GTs

Rodriguez have won the following this year:
1 stage @ T-A
2 stages @ VaPV
FW
2 stages and points jersey @ GdI
3 stages @ VaE
Possibly:
another stage and all jerseys @ VaE

He is not going to beat Wiggins

What kind of rider Boonen will be when we take away cobbles from him?

Purito would've lost the Vuelta if we take away his uphill sprints. This Vuelta isn't a "win the uphill sprint, win the GC" Tour? Tour only had 2 time trials, the Vuelta had 14+ uphill finishes.

Dont forget that Purito is a team captain for about 3 years, he wasted so many years being Valverde's slave

Purito wasn't nearly as good back then though, so obviously he had to work for someone better.
