Zeke Mostov with a superb time in the Junior ITT. This will last at least until Daniel Fitter comes in. Main favorites for today will be van Hooydonck, Cherkassov, Decraene and van der Poel; but I also wouldn't bet against Krigbaum, Kaesler or Oomen.

Krigbaum just hasn't really shown the development from last year that you would expect and his form didn't look top notch at the track world champs which was a big goal for him.
