The fact is Contador was deemed to have cheated and therefore was disqualified and did not win. You cant cheat in a game/race and then when you are found out you still claim to have won the race.
Its like committing fraud and then refusing to give up the money once you're caught as you claim you have earned it.
Whether Andy won is up to debate though and seeing as Contador didn't win and someone must have won, logically it would be the person who finished highest (apart from contador) which happens to be Andy

How do you know Contador cheated? Even his enemies admit its possible he didnt cheat.

Schleck was the highest finisher who didn't fail a dope test, therefore he is the winner.

If Contador had been slung out the moment his B sample had tested positive, we wouldn't be having this debate. The 2011 season made Schleck look like a **** and Contador a hero but Contador shouldn't have been racing. Rewind to Summer 2010 and Schleck is the only choice.

Thank you. I struggled with that. Open your eyes son. We all know the legal outcome now that AC has been 'DSQ'd' and we all know who won that race.

Of course i think he cheated. but froome19 said that the reason that contdor loses is cos he cheated. and he thinks andy won. so presumably Andy defo didn't cheat otherwise he also wouldn't be the winner.

for cynics like me of course he cheated. but if you believe Andy is clean or that froome is clean then you have to allow for contador being clean too because even wada says its possible he's clean.
