Nibali will have to take some serious minutes in the mountains, as his TT must be worse than Andy's!

Great Paris-Nice for Wiggo, and an excellent TT today, really looking good for le Tour as long as he stays fit only Cadel can challenge him. Glad ive got 23/1 odds on him!

Lets not get ahead of ourselves here.

Apparently, you haven't been paying attention, watch this Tuesday. Btw, he can also take time on descents unlike most riders, especially on Andy :D

hopefully he can stay away from the booze if you believe this columnist who was an exteammate...

I always thought with "Bottle" they described Levi Leipheimer but i was wrong or not?

Please don't ever quote or link anything from him. He's the most arrogant and pretentious journalist there is and doesn't have any real info, so he makes up his own.

That's why I say, don't read it. He publishes random bull**** stories every week in the worst newspaper there is on earth. When they don't have real news (like everyday because they are cheapish) they make up some random propaganda story.

Didn't Sky basically admit that Wiggins didn't do the training in 2010 which was why he failed.

There's nothing wrong with Thijs Zonneveld, and De Pers is the only Dutch free newspaper that's worth reading.

I think Wiggo "enjoys" a drink from time to time...I remember being quite surprised when he pretty much downed the big champagne bottle on the podium after winning the 2010 Giro prologue !

Besides the story of him drinking was @Cofidis years ago. If you can't read Dutch don't try to comprehend some crappy google translation

By his own admission, he pretty much became an alcoholic after the last Olympics. He doesn't do things by half. I think he went 6 months or something without a drink before last year's Tour. Safe to say, he's not touching a drop at the moment.

Wiggo said only five people including himself can do something in this year's tour. Wondering who are the other 4 people on his list? Evans must be included, who are the other three??:D

He mentioned Evans and both Schlecks. Not sure about the 4th rider on his list.

Andy and Frank Schleck probably.

As for the 5th well, the Schleck brothers said VDB was a contender last year so it seems that clique of riders - Armstrong fans.

Or maybe Froome.

Though I think its a stupid thing to say, Andy Schleck kind of arrogance ("everyone looks to me and Frank to attack")

Would be nice to see his reaction of some of the guys he doesnt think can "do something" beat him.

Might be Froome he's thinking of, although it's strange that he wouldn't mention him by name if that's who he means. Hard to think of a 5th "contender" anyway - Basso, Sanchez, Valverde?

Too many Menchov is a way bigger contender than wiggins. nibali has won a gt while the Olympic champion has been up there in mountains hills and tts 2 years now.

Each of these guys have a far bigger chance than frank schleck.

It would have to be Menchov yes, although Menchov is his usual crappy "off form" self right now, I wonder why it is that some riders like Evans, Contador or Wiggins can be competitive year round and some dudes like Menchov or Schlecket are "one trick ponies" per season.
