I appreciate his honesty, but it's not the smartest thing to say as the route suits Evans much more.

Based on what ? What did he do last year and so far this year ? Wiggins is entitled to his opinion and he did not say he would win the Tour. He said he hopes to win the Tour and be a credible winner. I know Menchov does not show much before the Tour but he has been invisible this year. This could be the last chance for Menchov and Evans to win the race and Wiggins and others will be desperate to win before the return of "the meat eater."

That might be very well true but definitely not a bigger favorite than Wiggins. I like Dennis though. And I'd like him over Wiggins but we can't base chances on 'you never know about him-predictions'..

I think wiggins has potentital to be more detested than Andy Schleck.

Because Andy Schleck is a fool that cannot win nothing.. so the crap that he talk does not matter.

But wiggins looks like a fool that can win. So.. he have much potential!

Aye, I never really bought into the whole Wigan/Man Utd uproar as Wiggins lives a few miles from Wigan and is a massive fan of the rugby team so for him to use Wigan as Garmin to Man Utd as Sky is hardly the worst metaphor when explaining to the notoriusly insular brtish journalists why he was moving (its not as if he compared Garmin to S****horpe), and to be fair he's been proven right.
But he does seem to be prone to the occassional gaff like his current one.

Exactly what i was thinking
Thing is that whilst Cav does a lot which you can take as negative and criticise Wiggins outside of cycling you cant really criticise unless you really nit pick
