Currently he's on #4 and #11.

Fifth Tour should be his this summer.
He may have at least 13 monuments end of season, so 19 should be achievable.
Think he would win PR too, so all five monuments.

He will win all five and reach 20 monument wins. When he've done that he will retire before reappearing under the alias Teddy Foccacia to win the same races all over again.
