Fifth Tour should be his this summer.
He may have at least 13 monuments end of season, so 19 should be achievable.
Think he would win PR too, so all five monuments.

11 Grand Tours is going to be the toughest one simply because he has only done 1 GT a year every season apart from 2024 thus far in his career.

Yup, he's barely 5/11 (45%) while in monuments it's 11/19 (58%). He does too few GTs to have a shot, nowadays he focuses more on monuments.

He needs to ride 2 GT's in 2027 and 2028. Since the Vuelta is after the world''s in 2027, and if he wins PR this year, he most probably will target Tour + Vuelta in 2027. In 2028, he might do the Giro+Vuelta and the ORR . Then it's a matter of returning to the Tour in 2029, potentially seeking a 7th Tour win and a battle royal against Seixas who at 23, should be in his prime. Thereafter, he may concentrate on the classics. or quit altogether.

Getting 6 Tours and 4 WCs would probably compensate for being 2-3 GTs behind Merckx, assuming similar number of monuments won.

Is he not planning to do the Vuelta this year? I thought he was, so that could bring him to 7 GTs in 2026 and he needs to win 4 more GTs in 3 more years to get to the record in 2029. If you don't think that's likely, fair enough, but Pogacar, a guy who cares a lot about records and statistics, sure as hell will not end his career in the middle of his prime with 10 GTs to his name.
