Finn's accent is so strange, I'd expected it to be more English but there are some random German inflections there as well as the Italian
He really has command like someone in his family is a native speaker and he grew up with English, he wasn't searching for anything he is 1000% proficient. Guy is outstanding on the bike also.. Threw in a compliment about the Kigali locals.. Classy

Ah, he already has a wiki entry:

Personal life

From Avegno, Liguria, he attended school in Genoa. He is half-British, with a father from Sheffield, England.[5]

So basically this is like another win for the British as well, after winning the Junior race.
Why would an Italian woman marry some guy from Sheffield who eats beans on toast? That can't be right!
Now the new champion will do a few interviews in Italian. Guy is impressive

So why did Belgium make the race hard/lead the chase when Widar wasn't fully fit because of illness and had already skipped the TT?
tactical ineptness.
Widar said he had cramps pretty early in the race..

In the pre-race interview, Widar said loud and clear that he had a bad night. That fact alone should have been enough for the coach to be prudent with his agressive tactics. But no, they went in, head first like there is no tomorrow.
