What's a real pity - my office is some 50m from the finish area and I would have loved to cheer for Stigger and the other two at the medal ceremony - they (and all the other winners so far and to come) would deserve a bigger crowd.
But the finish area is a "ticket only" area, but just out of principal I dind't get one (gonna watch the Elite races along the course).
At the beginning of September we had the Climbin Word Championships here in Innsbruck as well.
The medal ceremonies were held at the "Marktplatz" (market square) and open to all - well, you should have seen the "party" and cheering there...that was really worthy for a Worlds
