Eurosport guy understands the graphics. Don't know his name, not Quigley, not Harmon, not Kirby, he's a British guy.

On a flat course with no wind there'll be individuals hitting that time. Surely a team will be well under that.

In a shorter TT, yes individuals will be doing 53km/h.
This TTT is fairly long though at 57.2km.

We'll see though.

GPS presumably measuring time gap for each team where they are at that moment, so understating the later team's positions, given it's all stated relative to a slower team they're gaining on all the time.

Nope, GPS was trolling

I don't think it is. The problem is, that it is reference to Cannondale, and as Orica is further up the road, they have bigger advantage over CAN than OPQS, who covered less distance.

That's just stupid. The reference should be a distance.

Let's not start this again.

GPS is pretty clearly saying how much less time it took each team to reach the point it is at than Cannondale took. Thus it is understating OPQS which hasn't gone as far and has more advantage left to take.

Either you have the last team on the course as reference or you have a distance as reference. Anything else is ****.
