I am a bit disappointed in no MCipollini team or any of the US teams, but let's be fair, the top 3 would almost certainly not have been any different. The only thing that could have changed that podium is if Ferrand-Prévot and Slappendal hadn't crashed so early in the race.

5 left at the end for specialised-lulu right about having people left for the run in.
Looks decent course for pooley in ITT.
Also should be no fear for Tony Martin either didnt look as technical as had been led to believe.

They only dropped Teutenberg on the Cauberg, and that's probably her dropping off deliberately as no point as she couldn't contribute from there on in, it's not her kind of thing at all.

Your winners:
Charlotte Becker, Amber Neben, Evelyn Stevens, Ina-Yoko Teutenberg, Ellen van Dijk and Trixi Worrack!

Pooley will certainly be a threat in the ITT, but I don't see this being too much for Neben and certainly not Arndt either. Will be an interesting race.

Why dont people use visors rather than shades? heat? sponsor commitments?
The honking great hole where visor would be just looks like an air brake too my uninformed eyes.

When did stage threads become this rubbish? No start times and not even a stage profile..

Scroll down to about the 5th post..the thread creator didn't intend for this to be the race thread.

There is an adage in English, "If you want something doing properly, do it yourself." :D

I did get a glimpse of that but why not just keep a standard procedure with these threads, so we don't have to look for the simple stage information at random places in the thread.
