Thanks for posting that link!
This film is new to me.
My all time favourite must be A Sunday in Hell, but The Greatest Show on Earth, La Course en Tete, Vive le Tour, Hell on Wheels and Chasing Legends are also worth seeing.
Voted Garmin. Classy.
Other notables are Lampre and AG2R. I guess I like retro-modern.
Sky 2010-2011 was better than 2012 is. Radioschleck is ok. So is Liquigas, Lotto and OPQS.
Bad kits are Euskaltel (orange bums) and BMC (that red/black patchwork).
It should be possibleto shift faster with electronics than with a mechanical system.
I do not know if Di2 actually is slower or just feels slower.
With a mechanical system the shift starts as you start to move the lever wherereas the electronic one starts when the switch closes. I have to try...
Yea!
Wired is good for all the interference-free reasons.
The parts look good. I really like the full sweep feature, it's Campagnolo. I also like the long thumb shifter, which should benefit classic drop bar fans (Hell, I might even try that 3T Rotundo I gave up on when I did my last...
If the UCI wants womens professional cycling to grow they need to make sure the athletes can live from it.
Minimum wages is one tool to achieve that, but I guess it rings better in Scandinavia than in the US.;)
I had a great time watching the race on TV. :)
A very impressive ride by the GB team, capped off by an intelligent sprint by Cav. Fabian vas impressive too. Edvald just faded. I had Goss on my short list. MSR winners should be on such a fast cirquit.
Bennati:
People have watched too many...
I've been against race radios mainly because of incidents like the irritatingly obvious tactical use of it in the 2010 Paris-Roubaix. Riis looked at his screen, saw Boonen and Hushovd stuffing their faces at the back of the group, and ordered Fabian to go. That's not racing, sorry.
But...
And a 50x11 gives 4.5455. Gotta love them compact cranks, even if the difference between the rings is 16 teeth.
50/34 up front and 11-25 in the back is enough for everything but the Zoncolan, according to a friend of mine who tried (ouch!).
