Now that the world champs are over we can get back to the real races. Roglic is back from wining the Giro to prepare for the Vuelta. He will also have some competition from Adam Yates and the likes.

More hot racing this year. Last year's edition was cancelled because of Covid situation, but this year it's back! You've seen the Giro stage through Slovenia, now multiply that by 5! There will be fans coming out of the woodwork.
Tadej Pogacar is going to use this race as TDF preparation instead...
After Catalunya we onto the Basque Country! Starts off with a 13km very hilly ITT, and the rest of stages are no different. As is usual the climbs here are usually shorter, but very steep 10-15% or even more.
