The course is technical enough that maybe one of the stronger all-rounders might come close to Rohan's time. TJVG was less than a minute slower.

Also interesting to see that TJVG is still alive. Since he left Paris-Nice before the lockdowns last spring, he raced in the Dauphine, Tour, and Vuelta, and his best finish on any stage in those races was 60th. He was 126th in the Vuelta TT.

I think this one suited him better, and he also didn't have too push it in UAE, where he was already out of the GC.
