I am only 99% sure about this, but as far as I can see, Matyas Kopecky is the first rider ever to have ridden for Team Novo Nordisk (who have gone by that name since 2013 - the year before they did have a few actually pro riders, so that doesn't count) and then succeeded in moving on from that by getting a contract with a different professional team.

No two riders on Enzo Hincapie's new team have the same nationality.

No. Both of those mentioned were active less than three years ago. :D
And Sagan also featured prominently on the stage and finished second if memory serves me right. It was quite a foray he had that day in the mountains clad in green and then when he was taking a feed, Sánchez attacked. Even Gilbert was just looking at Sagan who was having his debut Tour but already had built an incredible aura with 12 wins in 2 months. A sign of things to come of noone ever wanting to collaborate with him.

That was in the Nairo Quintana thread, you have misremembered anything about it being an active rider, and the second guesser, @SafeBet , got it right: Jalabert, as I confirmed in that thread.

Your post made it sound like there was another.

There is a reason I used the present tense ("has"): Contador had, but now removed. And I would have been a very long time before I guessed Jalabert if I hadn't seen it before posting.
