I am only 99% sure about this, but as far as I can see, Matyas Kopecky is the first rider ever to have ridden for Team Novo Nordisk (who have gone by that name since 2013 - the year before they did have a few actually pro riders, so that doesn't count) and then succeeding on moving on from that by getting a contract with a different professional team.
