He worked more than I thought he should tbh, he was in the early break and has never won a race, trying to save his career. It's fair.

It was a bit all over the place but he didn't interfere with anyone and I honestly think it was just fatigue
Sad for Lemmen, happy for Van Tricht. Had a lot of bad luck this season, but this might save his future as a pro.

I was hoping Lemmen would hold on, but unlike during his air force days, he couldn't stick the landing. Impressive sprint by Van Tricht though. He started early in order to catch Powless, but the others were still not close to getting past him.
These small Italian races are so annoying for fans of sh*t riders, I'm constantly refreshing trying to find out if my guy finished in the time limit or not, please just upload full results

I find it funny that R&R would now be drinking pals, resigned to .1 races where Pog is not riding and just sharing their troubles about how hard racing has become.

Reportedly Roglic agreed to visit Remco's medal cabinet as he enjoys visiting different cabinets and Remco's being interested in ski jumping so Roglic is offering some lessons.
Completely agree. I've been waiting for ages to see if Cofidis managed to get some UCI points. So frustrating.

A shame that the coverage started so late (and that they rode so fast), but that was a very nice chase to watch. Old-school, pure ciclismo.
Great sprint from Van Tricht, he beat some big names to get his first pro win. A shame for Lemmen though.
