Staying on your bike is important. Thats obvious to everyone. My logic that staying on your bike is an essential part of cycling doesn't make any sense?
I probably rate results higher compared to performances when assessing riders' abilities than most other users here because in the end that's all that matters. And no, he has two second places and four top fives in Liege so I don't see how that is even comparable to Flanders.Staying on your bike is important. Thats obvious to everyone.
Does he have a reputation for crashing a lot? Would you say the same in a thread made for Liege? He just so happened to crash in Flanders, and thats bad luck, but it doesnt make any sense to hold him accountable for that when talking about his chances in the race.

For certain that is a load of garbage, who in that order it should be VDP-Pidders-Pogi, not the other way around.Emil Axelgaard has Pogacar as the main favourite for the race. Huh. And Pidcock above Van der Poel "who with his performance Wednesday confirmed that he is not that close to his best level".
He must have watched a different race than me.

Quinn Simmons will not be at the start
How long until he gets a DUI after one of those races that they don't win?For every race that Quickstep does not win, Patrick Lafavere will come in a even bigger car, and park it even closer to the road.
PS: Bottom pic is from the Dwars door Vlaanderen yesterday.

He is partially right as a full on MVDP would have brutalised the field and gone solo. A very good but not premium version had to pay attention to tactics as well.Emil Axelgaard has Pogacar as the main favourite for the race. Huh. something must be wrong with him. he was right at the front of the race before it split then suddenly he was nowhereQuinn Simmons will not be at the start

Yeah he was really good but you can’t tell me you think that was the same level of power and performance as his Amstel Gold or Strade Bianchi winning rides.Idk, his power numbers were very good as far as my knowledge allows me to say it.

Lance Armstrong?Who was the last reigning tour champion to line up at Flanders the following year, Hinault?

I’m glad we are seeing the side of VDP which doesn’t rely on him absolutely destroying on power and using tactics because he doesn’t have the same power.I think this makes the racing more exciting IMO.Yeah he was really good but you can’t tell me you think that was the same level of power and performance as his Amstel Gold or Strade Bianchi winning rides.

Looks like it. PCS has him as 59th in 2002 at 3 minutes and 28th in 2005 at 2m 4s but same time as the 13th placed finisher.Lance Armstrong?
