TJVG always cracks when he tries to follow the acceleration of a Team Sky team leader, he'd be better off riding tempo.

Hope Tejay is a good saver because he is going to be making a lot less money when his contract ends
Tejay is good at riding tempo on more moderate gradients at high altitude and has (or at least had) decent TT skills, he could still finish on the podium.
