Roche held on to Cuddle's back wheel pretty well there.

And here comes Wiggins! No stage win but only 10 seconds behind Martin. Great ride.

Great ride from Wiggins. Well chuffed for him, another great confidence boost going into the Tour.

I tend to agree Timmy, it will all come down to peaking at the right moment. But personally I'm convinced Gesink is a much better rider.

without sounding to cocky or like a tool I think so too :p

The Dutch Eurosport guys are saying Samu is past it as GC candidate and that he isn't the same anymore as 3 years ago.

Trump that!

One of them is, the other one called him stupid

Tony Martin wins the time trial. He rode in much worse conditions than Wiggins

Martin is a hero
He also had no GC to worry about so he went all out on the descent.

Quality ride by Wiggins, but Martin was amazing, especially considering the lousy conditions.
edit: nah

Wiggins, on the other hand is a wuss.
A true health and safety descent.

Keep thinking about the Tour, keep thinking about the Tour..........

I'm annoyed. Swopped my pick from Martin to Wiggins and that's what you get.

Same thing happened at the final Giro ITT, David Millar had nothing else to worry about but winning the ITT so he beat Contador, who was stronger but more cautious. I'm not saying that Wiggins was definitely stronger than Martin today, they both rode very well in ways appropriate for their ambitions at this race.

So? Tony Martin is scared in descents in the rain even worse normally. At least, last time I saw Martin descending....

VDB2 16th. Strong finish! I have to say

strange... Martin is out of form
What will happen when he will be in form?

Then he'll be able to hold on in the mountains for an extra 30 seconds before the inevitable crack. :D

just some guy said:
Wigins
Evans 1.11 down
Jani 1.21

GC

Will be a boring race if they let Wiggins hold on to that.

Hopefully Jani and Cuddles try and do something. Otherwise a random Frenchman to be gifted 2-3minutes FTW.
