Contador ain't gonna lose this one without a fight.. that descent took serious balls and ability.. a true champion. If he wins this, it's going to be an amazing comeback considering all the bad luck he's had. Either way, glad all the GC contenders made it down in one piece.

So you just make s**t up about the Schlecks and then say it tells you everything you need to know about them? Nice.

It's pretty obviously my interpretation of how they will be feeling - if not I apologise, but I strongly suspect that will be their real feelings tonight. I pretty obviously wasn't quoting them, or claiming to quote them, so get your panties out of a twist.

Andy's comment after the stage:

"The pacours today was much better than yesterday, I like Italian roads, I don't like Italian parking lots though, stupid of the frenchmen to stop there, they should learn how to handle their bikes."
no no no. please tell me he didn't!

This Tour has been a huge success to Norway: four stage wins and Thor's yellow.

All this with just two riders in the race!

Also Thor TTT win and EBH 2nd place yesterday. Amazing.

I think you could see it in Andy's gestures as he was crossing the finishing line.

Hagen owned that race and is now the new Peter Sagan. Ahh hang on he's older and Sagan hasn't ridden a GT yet

to be fair ryo did state that andy sucks in the raib otherwise is ok yesterday.

maybe not fair to judge evans on this tho. I reckon cadel is looking tired.

Which frankly is to be expected. He's been strong throughout. I can't imagine he can hold it all the way to Paris.

Contador looks like he's getting very comfortable. Very comfortable.

A question for everyone, if Contador can win this does it rate better than Pantani coming from a long way back to win in '98?

Also, would be the first to win Giro/Tour double since Pantani.
