GC:
Wiggins
Froome 7
Mollema 36
Cobo 55
Fuglsang 58

What is going to happen if Wiggins cracks badly tomorrow and Froome doesn't?

Surely they are not going to ask Froome to wait?

The cycling world as I used to know it has just been turned on its head. And I'm not too sure what to make of it. I think probably it is a good thing, no definitely a good thing. I want to believe:)

Flippin heck. Great leap for Brit Cycling 1 & 2 so far on GC and best sprinter in the world. Good effort even if sky fail tomorrow.
Well rode Team sky. Chapeau!

Cobo looked great today, if he can produce one more ride like that he has a chance to win.

Fuglsang I expect to lose more time.

Mollema is very close but I think he has been on his limit following Wiggins/Froome on most of the mountains. I'm not sure he has it in him to attack those two. His chance lies in sprinting for bonifications at the top of mountains, but no doubt Sky will try to leave breakaways out to hoover them up.

Of course they won't but the considering Froome will do all the pace setting I consider that unlikely

Kessiakoff still defended himself fairly well when he got dropped. It looked like he got dropped a bit before Nibali and Rodrigues but managed to pace himself up and finished ahead of them.

Yeah, not a catastrophic day for Kessiakoff, but if he doesn't recover well tomorrow will be hell for him.

Are you trying to say Wiggins will finish with the lead group (whoever it consists of) on the Angliru?

Well when the gradient kicked up to 10+% in the last 6k, wiggins & froome tailed off most opponents, lightweights n bigger tempo climbers, and it wasnt a small tail-off either..

I dont see Nibali, VDB, Rodriguez & co dropping him tomorrow.

Some were saying this about Cuddles in the TDF... Both entered the respective Tours in the form of their lives. Evans won and now Wiggins will do it too. (IMO)

Wiggo didnt enter Vuleta in form of his life ;) That form was at the Tour ;)

Wiggins, Froome and Bauke did a great job today. Really interested to see what Bauke does as I don't see him cracking at this stage. Doesn't matter though as win or lose he's a big winner coming out of this tour. Gotta give it up to Sky. They got this for sure. Never would have seen that. Totally sucks to see J-Rod out. Again, he just can't stay consistent. I'm sure he will have a good day tommorow, but he wont have a 4+min good day. Sucks to be Nibali today but he's not totally out of it. He needs alot of luck though. Was really surprised to see Sastre hang on pretty well and to see Cobo become the leader of the team. Good that Dennis did a good job though.

I really would like to see what the ITV studio say today. Is there anyway someone outside the UK could see that?

I just switched to them. They are predictably over the moon about Wiggins and Froome destroying the GC favourites.
