One might figure the team directors are using radios to give riders an accurate desription of the finale...

I would agree to not barricade the wring side for safety, but have some large indication of the correct way to go

well apparently it is the race guide, obviously still porrly designed, but it could mean the gaps stay i think.

Yeah, i think the gaps will stay if it was correctly showed in the roadbook.

It looked like one of the motorcycles went the wrong way first so that probably added to the confusion.

Sagan must be angry as hell -he was well positioned to take the win-until the Le0-retards fvcked him up:p

I wonder what the leakies were doing, its well and good utilizing another team's leadout, but having your team is always handy. :p

A whole pile of riders lost between 45 seconds to a couple of minutes. Kessiakoff, Duarte, Zaugg, Zubeldia, Anton......Suggests there were more splits than those caused by the roundabout.

Yeah the shots in the last few kms showed a lot of riders just easing down.

Don't think the Sagan-Nibali combo is any better than Basso-Nibali.

Not that it is likely to matter - but any sensible reason why Froome is now 22" behind Cobo instead of 20"? He gained 2" bonus in the second intermediate sprint and lost 2" in the final sprint.

Edit: They have given Fuente his 6" bonus

They now have Froome as +22 down on the official website. I guess they haven't included Froome's two seconds for finishing 3rd in the sprint?
Honestly, at this point it's better not to try to make any sense of this race. Give its GT status to the Tropicale Amissa Bongo.

Strange, he was put at 20 secs when I checked it just minutes ago.

Perhaps the Spanish organiser found a way to relegate him from the intermediate?
