Anyone notice that Nibali tried to stay and cracked. Just like Andorra last year.

Theres weakness there.
Nibali needs to pace himself, as soon as he remembers that he'll probably be fine and i'll be ****ed :p

Doesn't Rodriguez get 10 boni seconds as well? or how many?

20 for the win, 12 (or 10) for 2nd, 6 for third... I think

J-Rod was 1:14 down on Chavanel yesterday, down 23 now, so that's 51; Chav was down 31 seconds today, so it's 20 bonus seconds for Purito

Bonus seconds are 20, 12 and 8 seconds.

Too big a reward, it was ok back when differences were big but no in today´s control-cycling.

If only Poels sat in Puritos wheel. Now he had to break for Capecchi and then he had to pass Nibali that let go of Puritos wheel.

Not that I think he would've beaten Purito, but it might've been close :)

Menchov will take time on everyone except maybe Wiggins in the TT.

Poels was impressive. I'm also pleasantly surprised by VDB. Didn't think he would come this close this soon. Takes some time on Wiggins.

Also Seeldrayers, #11 in GC. I think he came in with the +20 second group but not sure. Will be interesting to follow him, and Kessiakoff.

Nibali is a diesel, these steep uphillsprints are not his dada, no surprise here. As in the Giro he gardually climbs better and better on longer climbs not such short uphill sprints, way too explosive which he isn't...

Rodriguez must enjoy every minute now Gilbert isn't present ;)

good news for VDB and Seeldrayers, in a belgian newspaper is stated he's (K.S.) passing his exam in the Vuelta for an eventual new contract at OPQS...

Great win by J-Rod, delivered what was expected.

A shame for Anton, how did he manage to mess up his shape this badly. I hope Txurruka gets to ride for himself from now on. I really do hope Anton can do something on some future stage though, and not mess up the build-up for future season goals. I mean - he went in to the Giro to win the Zoncolan and he did, so why did he mess this up? I don't understand this crap.

Weakness? He won last year, you know, even if he was "weak" on Andorra. Jrod will easily lose at least 3 mins to Nibali in the TT, and today was his finish, not Nibali's.

2nd is still good :)

I am pretty encouraged with poels. I really wanna see what he can do at the ardennes with full form.

This. Poels is showing us this year that he's best at short explosive climbs.
a puncheur.
