Just to correct Harmon, Cavendish would have scored one point at the intermediate sprint as the five breakaway riders would have mopped up 8,6,4,3 & 2. Harmon said he scored maximum points.

Edit: No Anglos in the break so they don't count in Harmon's mind. I understand now.

strong team Androni looking weak now. Sella with intestines problems, Serpa with a broken hand, Rubiano fallen....

Rujano will be isolated once more

He's been pretty isolated throughout so far anyway. Hopefully Rubiano, Sella and Serpa can take it easy for a few days to try to recover for the 3rd week.

Sella looked comfortable on camera not so long ago, smiling, waving to camera

edit: serpa, not sella

RAI never even bothered to mention that Rubiano had crashed, only Balloni.
Great. Androni hysteria throughout the stage, followed by the obligatory post stage Cav bashing.
Time to bail.

jackson and ochoa are his men. they seme pretty good though. jackson is of high level anyway. serpa I don't see how he recovers from a broken hand in time. which appearantly hurts him so much he can barely eat he said. sella is sick but could turn out well yes and rubiano is now crashed very badly :(

I know Harmon can be a bit annoying at times but just to nitpick he said maximum points available, ie available to the remaining riders

super LOL...on RAI they're talking about recovery, and the importance of sleeping...they say that Pinotti left his PC at home and he's using his DS' one (Baldato's) not to be distracted and to sleep more :D

...is very well known for his epic climbing skills.

Well, Theo Bos did almost finish the Vuelta 2 years ago, but then he decided to crash against a motor cycle in the time trial a few days before the end... survive all mountains, and then crash in a silly way
