What was Ryo's prediction for Henao's giro? That he'd fairly anonymously slip into the top ten? If so, he's right on so far, but I reckon that would've been most people's bet as well.

Most people thought 11-20 in the thread on the subject, which is fair enough. Also, it's not really fair to criticise a guy in his first GT for being "anonymous" if he makes the top 10. That's outstanding any way you look at it.

As noted, your achievement would be more impressive if you hadn't hyped every South American rider and waited for 1 or 2 to justify 5% of that hype.

It would be even more impressive if you were able to admit to weakness in other South American riders when they clearly and persistently show it.

I always said about rujano he could either win or totally fail this giro. in good weather I said he had 50% chance of winning the giro. I've yet to be wrong about anything basically. I remember last year saying about henao he could ride podium in first gt. everyone laughed then. well in the end it's me making money on cycling and unlike most of you. also try to see me hype guys like duque, serpa, pena or so many others before. I have an eye for talent unlike 99% here.

Movistar at this year's Giro = Radioshack two years ago at the TDF. Lots of riders in top 20 = winning team classification.

well one thing is for sure, basso will have to take over sooner then he expected.

kreuziguer feeding himself, could this be a old school big style hunger knock?

Is any one of these good on the descents?

Wasn't that his excuse at Trentino?
