this is where you are completely wrong. are yoiu even aware of the increidble different in tv ratings between flat stages and mountainstages in the giro? in italy it's 4x!! less viewers during flat stages. that's why giro organisers have put in such sick courses over the years
God bless TV ratings :)

the only reason bmc, did that well; in last years tour ttt, was because they started last and the wind changed.

bmc in ttt is **** ugly. they won't even make top 3. I will bet any avatar on that

 If I remember properly the winds did not play much of a factor, even D_T was impressed with BMC's performance, they beat sky, leopard, htc and radioshack who are all brilliant TTT teams. You said the exact same **** that BMC wont win the trentino TTT and where were you after that. I dont expect them to do a top 3 either, im just saying they can do a decent performance.

I wasn't able to watch yesterdays stage; what happened to Meersman? I saw some clips and there he was hanging on the back for the whole time. I would have thought that he would do pretty well in this Giro.

Apparantly Bos was shouting at Kristoff (!) after falling yesterday, blaming him for the crash. Looking at the video, it's quite obvious that Bos must've been very delusional, as Kristoff wasn't even close to doing anything wrong. I mean Bos was pushed at from his right side by a FDJ rider, and fell straight on Kristoff who was to the left of him, so to blame him is downright ridiculous. Except from being there (Bos would've fallen anyway), Kristoff clearly did nothing wrong.

maybe bos mistaken kristoff for the fdj rider (delage). Tyhings happen in a flash. He might have seen a certain colour and then thought it was Kristoff.
After the race Bos said he was simply suprised by Renshaw suddenly braking very hard. He didn't say anything about kristoff but did mention the fdj rider.

Bos actually didn't blame anyone, maybe directly after the crash, but what would you do. At least he doesn't immediately go on twitter and calls for FDJ to be taught a lesson, as a certain rider is wont to do.

Bos appears to be an intelligent, soft spoken guy. Maybe you've experienced differently?

He did give a very nice impression in the Beyond the Peloton series that Cervelo made. But I guess many sprinters have two personalities, one on and off the bike.:)

I've met him and talked to him when working at the six-days amsterdam 4 years ago, before his road career started and when he was still riding the sprint 6-days.
He was a very down to earth guy. About as normal as you expect from any nameless guy. I remember asking him if he'd consider a switch to the road after the olympics (where he didn't go well...) and he was still very much doubting himself. He feared he would always lack endurance to compete after 200km.

It would be great for Farrar to win today. A lot of people on here say he's past it and not a real challenger anymore. While I admit he's not as powerful as he was, he's still right up there

of course he was shouting. he must've bene inmensley frustrated by the crahs. I guess you've never had anything bad happen to you in a flash while the testosterone thunders through your body and mind

Anyone knows what happened to Hermans yesterday? He finished 9 minutes behind...
