If they have less than three then they are out of team competition. But I don't think they think that one too much.

Few years ago I think we had one team finishing some GT with less than three riders (and I don't mean cases like Astana in 2007 or Leopard in 2011 Giro where entire team withdrew (in these cases completely different reasons behind that decision))

Had to find out closer which team it was, Gerolsteiner in Giro 2008 finished with two: Fröhlinger and Krauss. Moletta (doping allegations), Förster, Gatto, Ordowski, Rebellin and Russ withdrew at different points of the race, T.Fothen finished outside time limit.

Well, I don't understand why so little guys have so much power (Contie, Purito and the likes).
So I'm forced to spin! But I'm not a rodie, so that's different. :p

Rolland had better hope that Horner doesn't get dropped; otherwise, RSNT will start setting the pace in the peloton to defend sixth place.

Leppy, Valve Pitti, Basso can't keep up? Passing of a generation?

Did you miss the Giro? Basso put in a big effort there. Granted that was only good enough for 5th, but in that form he wouldn't be getting dropped by Kern. Admittedly Basso is past his prime.
